Delivery
The quickest way to get delivery information:
1. Add items to basket.
2. Go to the basket and select your country and/or postcode.
3. When the screen refreshes you will be able to see all delivery options with estimated delivery times and costs.
Please note: Delivery times are including processing times. If it takes longer for us to process your order we will despatch your order with a faster delivery method so it arrives in the time specified on your order. We will contact you if there are any changes to the delivery time.
UK Delivery
UK Mainland delivery is FREE for orders over £100
This is for delivery of goods up to 7 working days.
UK Mainland excludes:
- Northern Ireland
- Most of Scotland except areas around Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee.
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight.
UK Standard Delivery
- UK Standard delivery is currently up to 8 working days - Standard delivery charges
- Order up to £20 worth of goods delivery is £3.95
- Order up to £21-£40 worth of goods delivery is £4.95
- Order up to £41-£60 worth of goods delivery is £5.95 (Royal Mail)
- Orders £41-£100 plus worth of goods delivery is £6.95 (tracked delivery)
Next Day Mainland delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm the previous work day. Cost is £10.95
Tracked Delivery is available across the UK - up to 3 work days - UK Mainland cost is £7.95 elsewhere cost is £9.95 and up to 5 work days and is with Parcel Force.
All times are working days which do not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays

Europe
EU customers - YOU WILL NEED TO PAY IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY ON YOUR ORDER
If your parcel is returned to us because taxes have not been paid we will not return the delivery charge.
We post across the Europe - we sell our products with 0% sales tax as you will be charged import tax before item is delivered. The tax is collected by the delivery company.
- Tracked Airmail - up to 12 days - up to 3kg - price from £12 to £19 - delivered by your national mail service.
DPD Express Rates (up to 5 work days) - you may be able to pay import taxes and duty before your order is shipped. Please ask for details.
- Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium (up to 5 work days) = £30
- Other EU countries (up to 5 work days) = £35
Rest of World:
We post to many different countries around the world.
You are responsible for paying all customs and duty charges on your order. Postage is calculated by weight.
