Returns
You have 30 days to return unused bear kits from parties or clothes which don't fit or any other unwanted items.

Damaged & missing items

Any orders which arrive damaged or with missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving. If items are damaged then please email us a photo of the damages. If items are missing then please email us with a list of exactly what items are missing and whether you want a refund or replacement items.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.21 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.22 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 30 days from the day you receive your goods.
1.23 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.24 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.25 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.26 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
1.27 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
1.28 Faulty Items:
Please contact us in the first instance if you have any problems with our goods. Email bears@splodgeteds.co.uk us with a photo of the item clearly showing the fault and state whether you would prefer a refund or replacement item.
1.29 Returns:
Items will only be refunded if they are in a saleable condition unless you have reported to us that the items are faulty.
1.30 Returns of the whole order: We will refund you in full. But express or next day shipping costs will not be refunded.
1.31 Returns of part orders:
If you return more than 15 items we retain the right to charge a restocking fee of 50p per item.
For orders which have a multi-buy discount applied - refunds will take into account multi-buy discounts which would not have applied.
For example: if you bought 12 items with a multi-discount of 10% and then returned 4 items you will be refunded the difference of the 8 items with a 5% discount.
