Website uptime
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
Visitor provided material

If you send us photos then we will assume that we have consent to use on our website or our social media.

Shipping
1.17 Order delivery times include processing and shipping times. Please get in contact if you haven't received your order by the specified time on your order. We will contact you if your order is due to be shipped outside the specified time on your order.
1.18 Express/Next Day shipping - If your order is delivered late by the carrier we will refund you the amount so that you only pay delivery charges of standard delivery. This excludes any arrangements/informed delays we have made with the customer prior to despatch.
International Shipping
1.19 Orders to be shipped outside the UK are sold with 0% tax. Import taxes may be payable before delivery plus an administration charge. Any import tax and duties must be paid before the order is received.
Delivery times DO NOT INCLUDE:
Saturdays & Sundays, time taken for the customer to pay any import, taxes and duties due, delays at customs& borders or delays in local postal services.
International delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED. Orders are placed at your own risk.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.20 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.21 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 30 days from the day you receive your goods.
1.22 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.23 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.24 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.25 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
1.26 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
1.27 Faulty Items:
Please contact us in the first instance if you have any problems with our goods. Email bears@splodgeteds.co.uk us with a photo of the item clearly showing the fault and state whether you would prefer a refund or replacement item.
1.28 Returns:
Items will only be refunded if they are in a saleable condition unless you have reported to us that the items are faulty.
1.29 Returns of the whole order: We will refund you in full. But express or next day shipping costs will not be refunded.
1.30 Returns of part orders:
If you return more than 15 items we retain the right to charge a restocking fee of 50p per item.
For orders which have a multi-buy discount applied - refunds will take into account multi-buy discounts which would not have applied.
For example: if you bought 12 items with a multi-discount of 10% and then returned 4 items you will be refunded the difference of the 8 items with a 5% discount.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
